Total Mintage for each 11 Doctor Coin design is 4,000. 3,000 of each coin design are released as sets. The remaining coins will be released individually.
REVERSE DESIGN
Each coin features a high quality colour reproduction of the Doctor. Behind him is a likeness of his nemesis engraved in 3-dimensional relief. This is surrounded by a finely engraved border design inspired by technology and time travel.
OBVERSE DESIGN
Each coin features the Ian Rank-Broadley effigy of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II.
PACKAGING
Each 1/2 oz Silver Coin is packaged in a blue presentation box with embossed silver foiled Doctor Who logo, and comes with an individually numbered certificate of authenticity issued by New Zealand Mint.
