The initial release contained an authoring error on Disc Two, which resulted in a scene from 'World War Three' being omitted when the episode was selected from the on-screen menu. Although the episode would play correctly when using the "Play All" option, a replacement program was swiftly put in place to enable people to obtain a corrected DVD. The faulty version of the disc can be identified by checking the code on the outer ring around the central hub on the playing side. On the faulty disc it is "A0100647133-A924", while the corrected version has the code "A0100649621-A925". The subsequent slimline repackaging of the set used the corrected version.
