Initial copies omitted the PDF file of the Radio Times billings. As a result, a replacement program was swiftly put in place to enable people to obtain a corrected DVD. The faulty version of the disc can be identified by checking the code on the outer ring around the central hub on the playing side. On the faulty discs it is "A0100880931-A911 16", while the corrected version has the code "A0100896596-A911 28".
