The Trial Edition does not have a bar code or a price on the rear cover, unlike the later National Edition. It also says 'Story 58-60' on the front cover, corrected on the National editions to 'Stories 58-60'.

National launch.
The differences between the Trial and National editions are:
On the front, there's an 'Issue 2' sticker on the film wrap of the book.
On the back of the board:
Trial: has 'ALL 12 Doctors!' on the hexagon over the 10th Doctor's legs; National: has 'Go Behind the Scenes!' here.
Trial: has pic of some of the books and no flash; National: has pic of every cover plus the cover of issue 1, and a hexagon flash saying 'All 12 Doctors'.
The preview for Issue 3: Trial has just the cover; National has cover plus three page spreads behind it.
There's also the addition of the Facebook page and web address for the publication at the bottom of the National release.
