The original show-used heads were sculpted by Martin Rezard in clay over a cast of actor Paul Kasey. This original sculpture was reproduced in fibreglass and bodyfiller and re-modelled and sanded to a sharp finish. The resulting pattern was then used to make a silicone mould from which the screen-used heads were cast. Produced using the original pattern, these display heads are hand made in sturdy fibreglass with a thick lacquer coated gold spray finish and supplied with a custom made acrylic display stand.
