The Doctor Who Video Cover postcards came with each of the BBC Video releases from August 1995 - February 1996 when the range was suspended because of the TV Movie.
An album was given with the video for THE FIVE DOCTORS (06/11/1995).
Carnival of Monsters (05/03/1995) came with 3 double sided cards which married up with another 3 in Doctor Who Magazine #224 to make up the artwork.
