Initial copies suffered from an authoring fault in which the grain (or more accurately digital noise) in the top half of the picture was removed, resulting in a slight but nonetheless noticeable difference in image quality between top and bottom. As a consequence of this, an exchange programme was set up for people to obtain corrected versions of the six discs, although affected stock was allowed to remain on sale. The faulty versions can be identified by looking at the code on the outer ring around the central hub on the playing sides of the discs, which end with "-B916", "-B926", "-B936", "-B946", "-B956" and "-B966" respectively. The codes on all six corrected discs end with "-B911".
