An error in production saw the introduction of two black frames between shots early in Part One, resulting in the sound being out of sync for the remainder of the episode. As a result, a replacement program was swiftly put in place to enable people to obtain a corrected version of Disc One. The faulty version can be identified by looking at the code on the outer ring around the central hub on the playing side. On the faulty disc it is "A0101921677-A912 02", while the corrected version can have either "A0101968083-A912 17" or "A0101968083-A912 02".
