These are: Second Doctor in "The Two Doctors" costume, the Third Doctor in red jacket from "Day of the Daleks", Fifth Doctor in Fourth Doctors costume from "Castrovalva", Tenth Doctor in Tuxedo from "Voyage of the Damned" and the Ganger-Doctor from "The Rebel Flesh".
Certain incarnations are limited within the set:
- Rare - Tenth Doctor, with just 500 pieces in circulation
- Super Rare - Third and Fifth Doctor with only 250 pieces
- Ultra Rare - Second and Eleventh Doctor with merely 100 pieces each to be found
