A series of cards with images from the recipients birth year and a DVD card. The 1976 had an image of Tom Baker and Louise Jameson (from a 1977 story!). The card could also be bought customised with a photograph of the recipient, in place of the photograph of James Callaghan, from the manufacturer's website. The US variant featured a photo of Henry Winkler from Happy Days instead of Baker and Jameson.
